Online orders whose delivery is located in Spain (mainland) have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 BUSINESS days , Monday to Friday.
*During promotional periods, shipping times may be longer than usual.
For orders whose delivery is outside of Spain (mainland), the estimated delivery time is 5-10 WORKING days depending on the country and destination address.
WHAT TYPES OF SHIPMENTS ARE THERE?
If your order is within Spain * , your order will be delivered by the SEUR transport company. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive it within 24 hours. SEUR will keep you informed at all times about the progress of the delivery of your order by email.
For international orders (outside Spain) delivery will be made by the transport company UPS.
* If you wish to place an order with delivery to the Canary Islands, you can write to us at [email protected] so we can offer you the option of delivery to one of our collaborating points of sale and thus substantially reduce shipping costs.
ARE THERE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping cost for orders whose delivery is located in Spain (mainland) and the Balearic Islands is free whether you select in-store delivery or home delivery.
Exceptions: Shipping costs to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife are higher than within the peninsula*. Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands may vary. Shipping costs to Ceuta and Melilla are €18.
*For shipments to the Canary Islands, send us your query to : [email protected]. The cost of home delivery may vary depending on your postal code, but the approximate cost is around €40 (includes export and import clearance).
International shipping costs vary depending on the country and delivery address, and can range from €10-€40* . Shipping will also be free for orders over €100 delivered to a country within the European Union. Before finalizing your order, when you enter the address, you will see a breakdown of the shipping cost.
*If the destination is in a country where import clearance may be required for your order, please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will study your case to find the best alternative.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped within 2-5 BUSINESS days , Monday through Friday, from confirmation of your order.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed during high sales or promotional periods, we appreciate your patience.
Please note that international orders have a longer delivery time, ranging from 5-10 WORKING days , as is the case with shipments to the Canary Islands .
If you make your purchase by bank transfer, your order will not begin to be prepared until we receive confirmation of payment.
As soon as the order leaves our facilities, the customer receives an email with the tracking number of their shipment.
*The delivery time may be altered during certain periods such as: Christmas, days with adverse weather conditions or addresses with difficult access. For international orders, in case of customs clearance, the delivery times may be substantially affected.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. If the delivery address is in Spain (mainland), your order will be delivered within 24 hours. If, on the other hand, you are in a different country, the shipment may take between 48h-72h.
If your order has already been shipped, we will contact the shipping company to change your address, but please note that this may delay delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will find the tracking number for your shipment in the order shipping confirmation email. With this number you can check the status of the shipment on the website of the transport company, whose link you will also find in the email. If you wish, you can contact us and we will help you identify the status of your shipment.
